We build the academy of Wheel Gymnastics to create, collect and spread knowledge to everyone

Purpose of the IRV Academy Team

It is one of the key activities of the IRV to create, collect and spread knowledge about the sport of wheel gymnatics across all five continents. We have initiated our #WheelGymnastics Academy as a platform for coaches around the world to share their knowledge and help others to grow.

Training Sessions, Videos & Courses

Meet people from all over the world physically, could be expensive and time-consuming.
That’s why we are aiming to offer most of the training sessions & courses virtually!

It is our goal to collect and spread existing knowledge and contents in the Wheel Gymnastics Online Academy, This IRV initiative offers the technical platform to bring all contents together in one place, to make them accessible for Wheel Gymnastics enthusiasts around the world.

You can register for virtual training sessions with international coaches, get new ideas for your local training with a video workout of our Academy Coaches or enroll for a virtual course to learn new skills.

The Online Video Workouts from passionate coaches are available to support your local training activities, whether in the gym or at home.

Virtual Trainings

Our Academy Coaches offer from time to time online trainings for specific topics. Register for these training sessions online and take part via Zoom, Skype or other Video Conferencing Tools.

It is a great chance to e-meet other gymnasts from all over the world and learn from experienced coaches from other countries.

As soon as the first courses become available, we will let you know.

Virtual Courses

One part of the IRV Academy are virtual courses & tests, where your can enroll into judging courses or other types of courses.

These courses are designed as e-learning courses, with videos and graphics to make things even more illustrative.

At the end of each official course, you are able to get a certificate, if you pass the final test.

We are still working on the e-learning platform and will let you know, as soon as it is available.

Sabine is an IRV Vice President and national coach of Switzerland. She has competed in multiple world championships and leads the IRV Academy.

Katharina HeymannGermany
Katharina is IRV Head of Online Competitions and has a key role in many areas of activity, including judging, competitions and the IRV Academy.
Tanja Stöllinger
Tanja StöllingerAustria
Tanja is national coach in Austria as well as being an IRV Academy Coach.
Cheyenne Rechsteiner
Cheyenne RechsteinerSwitzerland
Cheyenne has won multiple gold medals at IRV world championships and motivates people around the world to fulfil their potential. She is also IRV General Secretary.
Danielle Haliva
Danielle HalivaIsrael
Danielle is a passionate wheel gymnastics coach in Israel with her own club “Gyro Wheel Gymnastics”. She is also an active member of the IRV Media Team.
