[Cyr] Difficulty Catalogue Update – March 2024

After a call for new elements in February, the IRV technical team for Cyr Wheel has revised and updated the Cyr Wheel Difficulty Catalogue to Version 4.2.1.

Exciting new skills have been added and some of the existing descriptions have been improved. This updated version (4.2.1) of the Cyr Difficulty Catalogue will be used in the 2024 World Championships.
