Ethics & Code of Conduct
Ethics Contact Person
The International Wheel Gymnastics Federation (IRV) is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and members of the wheel gymnastics community. The role of Ethics Contact Person has therefore been established and will be held by Sabine Krumm (member of the IRV Executive Board).
As the IRV Ethics Contact Person, Sabine is available to anyone from the international wheel gymnastics family who would like to discuss concerns, questions, or situations related to ethics, safeguarding, well-being, fair treatment, interpersonal conflicts, inappropriate behaviour, or any other matter that may be difficult to address.
Individuals are welcome to contact Sabine either in person or by email. Such conversations are informal and do not obligate anyone to submit a complaint or take further action.
All conversations are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Information will not be shared with other members of the IRV Executive Board, IRV officials, or any third party without prior agreement. If a concern requires broader discussion, this will only take place after consultation with the person involved and, whenever possible, in an anonymised form.
Sabine’s role is to provide a confidential point of contact, listen without judgment, help clarify available options, and support individuals in finding an appropriate way forward or guide them to the right contact person or responsible committee.
Anyone with concerns, questions, or a situation they would like to discuss is encouraged to get in touch.
Main Contact: Sabine Krumm
IMPORTANT: During World Championships events where Sabine has the role of national coach for Switzerland, IRV Executive Board member, Maria Sollohub, will step in as temporary Ethics Contact Person for the IRV.
