On Sunday 22 January, the IRV hosted its first virtual Meet & Exchange session with invited member country representatives. These sessions are a new initiative to provide an informal arena to exchange ideas on between the IRV and member countries. The plan is to hold them on a regular quarterly basis.

Several countries had registered to participate in the session, but in the end Columbia (represented by Oscar and Nicolas) was the lucky country to receive our undivided attention.

We look forward to more country representatives joining us next time as it was very clear to all of us that this initiative has great potential. We presented and discussed a wide range of topics and were able to engage with Columbia on specific topics of interest to them.

The presentation, agenda and minutes from the session have since been sent to our individual member countries and we look forward to making full use of the next Meet & Exchange session.
