Except for the annual membership fees, special contributions, and voting rights, all of which are decided by the General Assembly, the Membership Regulations may be amended by the IRV Executive Board at any time to fit changing circumstances.

In this context, the IRV is offering additional financial support to all new Bronze, Silver, or Gold member countries and countries that have become Bronze, Silver, or Gold Members of the IRV since 2018.
